Classrooms Renovation

Project Summary

To enhance the efficiency of teaching and learning environment, MCUT decided to renovate all classrooms and install new facilities in classrooms.  The first phase of this project is to renovate 47 classrooms in summer vacation, 2022.

Requirements

1. Classrooms redecoration and reinforcement
2. Replace old blackboards and podiums to meet modern teaching and learning needs from teachers  and students
3. Centralized control system is required
4. Virtual classrooms facilities and functionalities are the standards of this project
5. Extendibility should be  
6. Improve the audio quality and performance

Functionalities

1. HD inputs and outputs
2. 86" touch screen as a main display
3. Images from a HD USB camera can be combined to Zoom or other video conferencing software
4. Devices in a classroom can be controlled by the E-Podium
5. Customization of E-Podium to meet requirements of MCUT
6. Network control infrastructure is ready for the future
7. Flexible digital audio systems to be compatible various audio sources
