For KZ-VRC and KZ-6800 Multifunctional E-Podum
Q: There is no image output.
  1. Check the connections are firm or not.  If the connections are not firm or there are some cables are defective, please change or reconnect the cables.
  2. Switch the connections of HDMI outputs and see if the issue remains.  If the issue is the same as before, then, please replace the HDMI output board.
  3. Make sure the resolutions of PC output and Projector or Big screen are the same.  If the resolutions are different, please configure the resolutions of either PC, Projector, or Big screen to be the same resolutions.
Q: The image output keeps flashing.
  1. ​Check the HDMI/VGA cable connected to the display monitor/projector and the computer is frim and not damaged.
  2. Please check the image resolution is in identical resolution and in 60Hz frequency rate.  ​
Q: There is no response or action right after I press the button on the control panel.
  1. ​Check the connection between the control panel and the main board is loosen or not. 
  2. If the situation remains, then, please contact your supplier.
Q: I can not turn on / off the projector.
  1. Please check the "do" file of the control software installed into the PC to see if the control parameters and control codes are consistant with the projector model.  If not, then input the correct control codes or modify the parameters of the projector to see if it works after saving the "do" file back to the controller.
  2. Please check if the connection of RS232 of the projector and KZ-VRC is firm and the connected pins are correct.
  3. If the connection is firm, then, switch the pin 2 and pin 3 of the RS232 to see if it works or not.
Q: The volume of the audio output of the controller is so low.
  1. ​make sure the connections of audio outputs are correct.
  2. check if the speakers are low Impedance (4 or 8Ω).  If low impedance, then, check the audio cables are well connected or not.  If the speakers are high Impedance speakers, then, an amplifier is needed.
Q: ​I can not connect to  / It takes a long time to connect to the 2.4G wireless microphone after I turned the power on.
  1. To check if the antenna is well connected to the controller.
  2. To check there is no radio blocking between the microphone and the antenna.
  3. Adjust the connection power of 2.4G.
         A. when the microphone is off, press "Mute" button and then, press "Power" button to
             enter the configuration unit.
         B. There are 7 levels of frequency power levels.  The higher level selected, the more
​             powerful of the connection power will be.
Q: I can not turn on and off the computer.
  1. ​Check the USB 3.0 cable is well connected to the PC or not.
  2. Check the BIOS of the PC and see if "AC Back Function" is "Soft-On"
  3. Check the COM Port of control in KZ-RMCS Station software is consistant with the COM Port of PC.
  4. Check "Shutdown computer" function in KZ-RMCS Station is selected.
  5. There is no change after the above checkings, then, "Dry Contact" to the main board of the PC will be the option.
Q: There is no audio output from the speakers.
  1. ​Please check the audio output of the computer to see if KZ-VRC is the default output. 
  2. If an amplifier is connected, please check;
          A.  the configurations of the amplifier 
          B.  the  connections between the amplifier and the controller are correct.

Q: After I change the booting image and the logo on the UI, the system keep automatically booting.
  1. Plug your USB drive back to the system.  Make sure that you have copied the booting image and your logo from your USB drive to the HDD of the system.  Then, try to re-boot the system and see if the issue remains.
  2. If after done the above and the issue remains, please send it back to your provider for further examination.
Q: The new booting image and the logo do not show up.
  1. ​Make sure the file names of booting image and the logo are the same as default ones.  You need to replace the default files.
  2. Make sure the format and size of these image are consistant to the default.
Q: There is no image shown on the screen.
  1. Check the cables connected to the system are firm.
  2. Check if the screen is 1920X1080P resolution supported.  If not, please change a monitor and see if the issue remains.
  3. Make sure the resolution and FMS of the camera and the system are identical.  If not, please modify either in the camera setting or in the system.
Q: ​There is no audio output when connected to the speakers.
  1. ​If local audio output is required, please connect the system to an amplifier or exisited audio processors.  
  2. To check the audio output, please use a headset connected to 3.5mm audio output port to hear the sound from the system.
Q: There is a noise when live or recording.
  1. Check the cables are firm or not.
  2. Un-plug the connected cables one by one to see which connection causes this issue.
  3. Check the settings of audio output to see if the audio parameter is in AAC encoding.

For KZ-6800, KZ-M7300A
Q: ​There is no response when booting.
  1. Check the connections of the touch panel module to the controller to see if the cables are frim.
  2. Check if there is power supply to the touch panel from the controller by a multimeter.
Q: ​The logo is hanging when booting.  White screen shows up when booting.
​    Please re-upload the control software.  Also, re-authentication is needed.  If the issue still remains, then replace this module.
Q: ​Boot Looping, Automatically re-start.
    Please re-upload the control software.  Also, re-authentication is needed.  If the issue still remains, then replace this module.
Q: I cannot unlock the screen sometime when I insert the card even the cabling is working properly.
  1. ​Check the wires between the IC Card Reader and the controller are firm and not damaged.
  2. Please check the setting of "do" file.  Also, please note that should not insert and remove the IC card too quickly.  It will take some time to sensor the IC card.
Q: It requires registration when booting.
    Please contact your supplier.

Q: It takes too long when trying to connect.
  1. Turn off the microphone and turn it on again to see if the issue still remains.
  2. Check if the connection mode is "2.4G."  If not, please press "Mute" button longer than 3 seconds and press "Page Up" button to select.
  3. Please check if the connection mode is the same as that of the controller.
  4. Make sure there is no blocking materials between the microphone and the controller.
  5. Adjust the connection power.
  6. Move the antena (for KZ-6800) to get a better connection quality.
Q: ​I can not charge the microphone.
  1. check the connection of charging dock and the controller to see if the cable is loosen or not.
  2. Please contact your provider to replace the battery of the microphone.
