KZ-VWP-DD series screen splicing processors are high-performance video image processing workstation with pure hardware structure and no operating system. It can display multiple
dynamic images on multiple screens and realize the function of multi-window splicing. Adopt large-capacity high-speed FPGA array and CrossPoint digital multi-bus data routing and switching processing mechanism to ensure full time display o f all signal images, high stability , fast startup speed, and support 365x24 hours of unint errupted and stable operation.
KZ-VWP-DD series screen splicing processors are available in 1.5U, 3U, and 5U models. The board adopts a plug-and-play design, which can be flexibly configured according to needs. The maximum scale is 32-large-screen splicing display .  Supports DVI signal and HDMI signal for mat input and output, c ompatible with various common resolutions, and can realize custom unconventional resolutions. A single output supports a maximum resolution of 1920x1200@60Hz.   Applicable to education and scientific research, government announcements, information publishing, administrative management, conference centers, exhibitions, security monitoring, home appliance sales and other industries.

Seamless Switching
Using massive data transmission chip technology, a point-to-point dedicated data channel is dynamically set for each signal, and each signal has its own dedicated channel for transmission, video switching the interval is less than 1 frame, which is invisible to the human eye and realizes seamless switching of signals.

It supports reading, modification and customization of EDID, which greatly improves the compatibility with large-screen display devices. It can support
some special resolutions by importing EDID information. Suitable for a variety of conventional and unconventional applications.

Character Overlay Functions
Supports character overlay settings for each signal source, and can modify character position, font size, font color, and background color.

Signal Source Cliping
It supports the functions of edge removal and cropping for all signals, which makes the control methods of the picture more abundant and diverse, which can perfectly solve the black edge problem of the front-end signal. The crop function realizes partial magnification, helping users to efficientlyview important areas in the image.

It supports the local storage area of the device for multiple scenes and an unlimited number of scene read calls. It supports automatic scheduled patrolof scenes, and you can choose whether each scene participates in automatic patrol.

Control Management
The PC-side control software adopts the standard TCP/IP protocol when using the network port to communicate and manage the equipment, which can not only manage the equipment in the local area network, but also through the IP networking to manage online devices on remote networks.

Screen Spliting
It supports the function of screen split display, and adopts the display method of eight windows shared by the entire output card, and the layout of the opened windows can be arbitrarily carried out.

Screen Roaming
Each window can roam freely in the output screen, and can be displayed on any one or more large screens. The screen display has no boundary restrictions on the area.

Arbitrarily zoom in / out 
The screen size of each window can be scaled arbitrarily. There is no specific size limit for the reduction or enlargement of the screen. When the screen
is enlarged, it can fill the entire screen field of view.

Screen Overlay
The hierarchical relationship and layout position of each screen can be customized arbitrarily, without being constrained by each other and the size of the image space, and the upper and lower layers of each screen can be adjusted arbitrarily.

Screen Abnormality Correction
The abnormal picture offset caused by various reasons can be corrected, so that the offset image can be displayed on the large screen normally, and the image correction of the abnormal picture can be easily realized.

Frequency Doubler Processing
Supports frequency doubler function, the processor can automatically perform double line processing according to the size of the image window, and can perform double frequency enhancement display for low frame rate input signal sources to achieve perfect enhancement of low resolution and low frame rate signals display.
