E-Podium Procurement

Summary

Due to the fact that the existing E-Podiums are too old to meet the requirements of HD outputs or easy operation during the teaching activities. It is necessary to replace all existing E-Podiums.

The requirements for the new generation of information desk are as follows:

Easy to operate
Existing equipment can be used (such as computer screens, computers, projectors, and laptops, etc.)
Easy to maintain

After discussions with CUM, we customized the appearance and functions of the KZ-6800 to meet CUM's requirements. It can not only meet the functions of modern information teaching, but also take into account the elegant appearance to highlight the characteristics of multimedia information teaching equipment and applications. In the first phase, 60 customized KZ-6800 E-Podiums were installed in some classrooms of three campuses. Besides, teachers can operate and be familiar with these new opdiums and give some feedback.

Customization

Electric screen lifting frame: The 21.5" touch screen replaced with an electric lifting frame to install the existing computer screen.
Computer stand on the side of the rack: Use a wide rack, and accurately cut holes on the side according to the size of the school computer, so that the computer can be used without obstacles.
Mouse operation interface: Deepen the mouse operation interface and cut the frame of the top unit to make it easier for teachers to operate the mouse.
Keyboard drawer: Adjust the height and depth of the keyboard drawer to place the standard keyboard.
2.4G microphone holder: Fix the 2.4G microphone receiving antenna on the top unit for easier connection.
Webcam stand hole: Open a hole on the top unit to allow the webcam pole to be fixed on the it to facilitate online teaching live broadcasting or online interactive teaching.
Control program: The graphic control program is in accordance with the needs of classroom equipment control, while taking into account the use of foreign teachers. The graphic control interface is displayed in Chinese and English.
Shelves: Strengthen the shelves inside of the rack to avoid deformation of the shelves because of the loading after a period of time.
